Eight services.
One team. Zero handoffs.
From the moment you upload your files to the day finished boards arrive at your dock — every stage coordinated by one dedicated engineering contact.

Your design reviewed before a single component is ordered.
Upload your Gerber, BOM, and assembly files. Our engineers review every submission for manufacturability issues — spacing violations, missing reference designators, footprint mismatches, paste mask problems — and respond within 24 hours with a detailed DFM report.

Every component sourced, verified, and inspected.
Our procurement team sources all components from authorized distributors. We handle shortages, suggest pin-compatible alternatives when needed, and inspect every incoming reel for authenticity and date code. No grey market, no compromises.

Your bare board fabricated from your Gerber files.
We fabricate 1–30 layer PCBs in FR4, Rogers, HDI, rigid-flex, and aluminum MCPCB. Standard 4–6 layer boards are ready in 5 business days. Every bare board is electrically tested before it goes to assembly.

Automated pick-and-place on multiple production lines.
Components are placed using high-precision pick-and-place machines. We handle the full range — 01005 passives through large BGAs, QFNs, and LGAs. Lead-free reflow is standard. AOI inspection runs immediately after reflow on every board.

DIP components, connectors, and post-solder finishing.
After SMT, through-hole components are inserted and wave-soldered or hand-soldered depending on volume and design requirements. Connectors, terminal blocks, transformers, and large capacitors are handled by experienced operators following IPC-J-STD-001 workmanship standards.

Four layers of quality control on every board.
AOI catches missing or misaligned components. X-Ray verifies BGA solder joints. Flying probe or ICT confirms electrical continuity. Functional testing validates board operation against your test specification. A signed test report accompanies every shipment.

From assembled boards to finished, ready-to-ship products.
We install your boards into enclosures, route and terminate cable harnesses, flash firmware, and perform final product-level testing. Finished goods are ready for your warehouse or end customers — no further assembly work needed on your end.

Shipped to your door with full documentation.
Every order is anti-static packaged, foam-separated, and boxed with a signed test report and packing list. We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx with full tracking. Lead times vary by board complexity — most prototype runs ship within 7–10 business days.
